Zinfra's Graduate Program application process:

  • Step 1: Submit Resume and Questionnaire

    Please submit your Resume, details of previous work experience and references. Upload this information and your responses to the questionnaire via the Zinfra website vacancies page.  This will help us choose the applicants we believe would be most suitable for the available positions.

  • Step 2: Panel Interviews

    Selected candidates will be contacted by email or telephone and will be asked to attend a Zinfra Panel interview.  The panel will comprise representatives from the HR department and Managers from the relevant business units.  You will be asked behavioural questions during the interview and your responses should include examples of past experiences that demonstrate your ability and/or experience.

  • Step 3: Assessment and Background Checks

    To protect our business, our people and our clients, applicants may be asked to participate in assessment and background checks. This process may include: Online personality and cognitive assessments, two reference checks, residency check, criminal history and a medical. If we conduct background checks on you, please do not assume that you are successful for the position. We conduct checks for a large number of applicants before a decision is made on suitability for a position.

  • Step 4: Successful / Unsuccessful Candidates Notified

    Successful applicants will be sent an offer in writing, including your start date. When you begin working with us, you will complete an induction program to help you become more familiar with our organisation and the way we work together.
