Zinfra’s Graduate Program gives participants the edge to further their career goals and aspirations whilst making a meaningful contribution to a growing, thriving company.

Our Program is a training and development course specifically for both undergraduates and graduates who are seeking to improve a broad range of leadership, technical and communication skills, and overall business acumen. 

Over a two year period, participants will undertake a rotation of various assignments within their function/discipline area of interest, designed to deliver a well-rounded experience that is focussed on your growth and development.

Selection Criteria

Undergraduate and graduate candidates are evaluated based on the same criteria as entry-level employees, which includes leadership abilities, communication skills and relevant coursework.

Specifically, we look for Graduate Program participants who have:

  • Strong academic performance
  • Internship experience or relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse set of situations, and with a diverse range of people
  • A willingness to travel when required
  • Demonstrated behaviours consistent with Zinfra’s values and business needs
